LittleWonderToys.shop was created by Todd, a hardworking husband and proud grandfather from Ohio, inspired by the joy his grandkids found in their favorite toys. Every order means a lot to our small business, and we truly appreciate your support.
📦 Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Processing time means the time it takes for your order to be reviewed, prepared, packed, and handed off for shipment.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.
During busy seasons, large sales events, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We always do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is typically 10–15 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high-volume shipping periods, or other events outside of our control.
We do our best to provide clear expectations, but once an order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, the final delivery timeline may depend on the carrier’s route, scanning updates, and local delivery conditions.
🔎 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout whenever tracking is available.
Please allow 1–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to begin updating.
Sometimes tracking may look like it is not moving, even though the package is still in transit. This can happen when packages are moving between facilities, waiting for carrier scans, or being transferred between shipping partners.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, please do not panic. Many packages continue moving even when tracking scans are delayed.

📬 Multiple Packages
If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages.
This can happen when items are shipped from different fulfillment locations or prepared at different times.
If one item arrives before another, please allow additional time for the remaining item to arrive. You may receive separate tracking information for each package when available.
🏠 Correct Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

🚨 Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages
Shipping delays can happen from time to time. If your order appears delayed or tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will help review the situation.
A delayed tracking update does not always mean the package is lost.
If a package is officially confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the order and determine the best next step, which may include continued carrier investigation, replacement review, store credit review, or refund review depending on the situation.

🎁 Holiday & Busy Season Shipping
During holidays, summer sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other busy shopping periods, shipping carriers may experience delays.
We recommend ordering early if your item is needed for a birthday, holiday, vacation, family event, or special occasion.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless a guaranteed delivery option is clearly offered at checkout.
