Tracked Shipping

Once your order ships, tracking information may be emailed to you. Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking to begin showing updates after the label is created.
Sometimes tracking may appear paused while the package is moving between facilities. This is normal and does not always mean the package is lost.

Multiple Packages

Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check the mailbox, front door, porch, garage, building office, parcel locker, neighbors, or anyone else at the address who may have accepted the package.
